Rules

The deadline to submit your entry is: 01/31/2016

NEWBORN MODELS:
*Mom must be due between now and mid Feb 2016

*A picture of mom-to-be must be included with application.

*Models are compensated with a free session and 5 digital images

*Digital images are photographers choice and printable up to 8x10

*Session goals are strictly photographers vision, personal requests will not be honored.

*There are no substitutions for compensation, and there is no monetary value to this offer.

*Session time will be 1-3 hrs.

*Finalists will be chosen and then possibly voted on via TCP facebook page.

*Models selected will be notified via email and preferred method of contact below.

*Application may lose consideration if requirements are not met.

*Completed form and signed consent is required for consideration.

Images maybe used, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotion, sale, trade, exhibition, distribution, or any other lawful purpose and may be modified, combined with other images, text, or graphics.
I understand that images from my session will be edited in a professional manner. Personal likeness & identity will not be altered.
I understand that Tonya Cozart Photography owns and retains the copyright to all images taken, and it is ILLEGAL to alter or reproduce the images elsewhere, including copying, scanning, photographing or printing of any kind without written permission. Digital images provided have reproduction rights only.
I understand that Tonya Cozart Photography is not responsible or liable for any accident, in the studio or on location. Outdoor sessions, at TCP or any other location, can or will be in wild, abandoned or uncared for areas. Encounters with snakes, rodents, animals, bees, mosquitoes, spiders, or other varmints & insects, as well as rusty nails,sharp metal objects, splintered wood, thorny brush, holes, pits, abandoned wells, or any unnamed nuisance or danger are possible and I will take precautions to protect myself and those I am in charge of.
This consent and release will take effect on the date signed and submitted, and will NOT expire.
Be advised social media will be used for modeling sessions, which may include, but not be limited to blogging; facebook; twitter; instagram; or others, as well as the online portfolio at www.tonyacozart.com,
